The staff were very good too make us feel welcome and taken care of. One particular incident stood out - when a member of our group broke her leg, the staff immediately sprang into action, providing assistance, extra pillows, and even offering to take her to the hospital if needed. Their care and help made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The hotel also offered a great value for the price, with reasonable extra charges for food and drinks. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Helen Troya Hotel Geyikli.

We had a comfortable stay at a hotel situated in a peaceful location surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. the beds were cozy, and the room was well furnished. the garden was lovely to walk around and relax.

There were also some downsides that affected our experience. the towels and trash baskets were not cleaned regularly, and the pool was not well maintained.

The staff's English was limited, which made it difficult to understand the meal procedures, especially during buffet meals. It would have been useful to have written explanations in English.
